Did Someone Forget To Take Their Daily Common Sense Today?!?!

I know I complain about my coffee a LOT, but come on people:
I was running late this morning, so I hit the green mermaid's drive through (mmm... pumpkin spice latte...). At the ordering post, I engaged in the scripted greeting "I'm great; how are you?" The I placed my order: "I have my own cup, it's a 16 ounce."
"Okay, so what would you like in your personal grande cup?"
"A triple, soy, pumpkin spice latte, no whip."
"So that's a personal triple grande, soy, pumpkin spice latte with no whipped cream, right?"
"That's it."
"OK, with your personal cup discount, your total is (I don't remember), I'll take your cup at the window."
So I pulled up to the window and gave the blond girl in the green apron my cup. I watched as she poured a beverage from a paper cup (lined with non-recyclable plastic!) into my cup. At the end of the pour, the lovely pumpkin spice dribbled out, which she stopped pouring. At this point, my poor cup was full past the brim - surface tension was all that was keeping the substance together. The girl comes to the window, leans out, and hands me the over-full drink, spilling it down my arm.
"That's not really a grande cup, because I just poured a grande in it and it don't fit!"
With that, she turned around and shut the window behind her. I was frantically trying to get her attention, I just wanted a bar rag or something to clean up the 160 degree soy milk running down my arm. She finally sees me and grabs a GYNORMOUS handful of napkins, pushes aside a bar mop and shoves them on my arm, spilling more coffee on me. At this point, I grab a napkin, clean off my arm, grab the lid to my cup, and screw it on, spilling more coffee. I wiped it off and handed the sopping mass of napkins back to the giggling blond in the window.

I don't know how many people see what I saw in that... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
