Zucchini Relish

My first iMovie on my mac! It's me, making zucchini relish. The video looks pretty good on DVD format, but when formatted for the web, it's hard to read the subtitles (if you can make the display bigger, you can make them out). Another warning, this is just how I make zucchini relish - use a tested and USDA approved method for your home canning. The recipe I used came from The Zucchini Cookbook by Paula Simmons.
